Everything you share in counselling sessions is private and confidential. Information will only be shared if:

4. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

Fees: The current fee for an individual counselling session is $130 (1 hour). Fees are subject to change without notice.
Initial session: Payment must be made in full within 48 hours of booking to secure your appointment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be forfeited.
Subsequent sessions: Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the session commences. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of the session.
Cancellations and rescheduling:
- For an initial session, at least 72 hours’ notice is required.
- For subsequent sessions, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
- Failure to provide notice within these timeframes will result in the full standard session fee being charged.

5. Storage and Security

Counselling records are stored securely in line with professional standards.
Only authorised staff (Danny) has access to your information.
Online enquiries are kept secure, and our website uses SSL encryption.
